Product Details:

In a ceramic plant, the batching and weighing section must allow a correct preparation of the ceramic mix, usually consisting of several raw materials which must be suitably prepared and proportioned before being fed to the mills for grinding. This section includes loading hoppers or boxes of different types and shapes (where raw materials are loaded directly by a mechanical loader with a drive-on operator), weighing units and batching operation controls, which may be more or less sophisticated, and finally, by a number of conveyor belts conveying the prepared raw materials to the grinding mills.
